I am the Independent Living Manager at Norwich City Council responsible for sheltered housing and adaptations in both private sector and council accommodation. I have over 25 years experience of working in both the voluntary and statutory sector to support people with mental health and / or learning difficulties. I am passionate about empowering people to live the life they choose as independently as possible. I also like to laugh, make things and be around people who inspire me.
