Norwich Institute of Healthy Ageing have developed a Behaviour Capture Tool to support our research and evaluation work.
Our library contains both short and long behavioural questionnaires, suitable for different purposes. All the tools in the library collect high quality data and will not require organisations to purchase a license so are free to use.
NIHA have developed two surveys that will allow you to collect validated data on a range of lifestyle factors (including eating behaviour, physical activity, sleep, alcohol use, and smoking). Which version you choose depends on how much detail you want to collect.
The short version takes around 5 minutes to complete and the longer more detailed version around 20 minutes. Our library of validated tools can also be adapted to create bespoke questionnaires for you to share with study participants or service users.
Once you have collected your responses the data can be downloaded or formatted into a report using one of our templates designed to give you a quick and simple visualization of your survey results.
