Mr Ryan Hughes

I have worked at Active Norfolk for the last 8 years, with the last 3 of those years as the strategic lead for health and social care integration, where I work alongside partners within the Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care System and Sport England amongst others to advocate for the benefits physical activity and movement, and how it can impact upon quality of life, as well as physical and mental health. I have a particular interest in how we can support to address health inequalities, which has been fuelled by over 15 years of experience working and volunteering within community development roles. Outside of work, I enjoy travel, outdoor activities, sport and most of all spending time and having fun my family.
