Laura currently works as Director of Operations at Voluntary Norfolk, with over 24 years’ experience working in Voluntary, Community and Statutory sectors. Working with a wide range of individuals who are often the most marginalised in society. Laura is a strong advocate of user voice and coproduction. As a person with lived experience Laura understands first hand what it is like to be in a disadvantaged position.
