We want to talk to nurses and midwives who have lived experience of menopause for BOOST, a project aiming to understand how menopause support is experienced in health and social care organisations in the East of England.

The project will be used to inform best practice and shape a large research project in 2026. What will taking part involve? You will be invited to join a 60-minute online stakeholder discussion group with other healthcare professionals. The session will explore:

  • Your experiences of managing menopause symptoms at work.
  • The support you receive from your organisation.
  • What works well and what can be improved.

STAKEHOLDER GROUP DATES:

  • 19 and 24 November 2025 (6-7pm)
  • 20 November 2025 (12.30-1.30pm)

All data will be anonymised and treated confidentially. You will receive a £25 voucher as a thank you for taking part in the stakeholder groups.
